The "ROSUPAK 2009" is the largest packaging exhibition in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. From 15th to 19th June 2009 it is held in Moscow´s, Expocentre Crocus Expo. Among the international exhibitors company Lohmann Russia, subsidiary of the double-sided adhesive tapes manufacturer Lohmann/Germany, will attend this fair. In Pavilion 1, hall three, stand A31702,  Lohmann will present its extensive  product range for plate mounting in the flexographic industry. The special demands of these industry are well known at Lohmann because the company has gained  an experience of more than 60 years in this market. The basic DuploFLEX 5 range consists of several adhesive tapes differing in the hardness of the foams and in the adhesion forces. Another special product is the DuploFLEX HP 5 range. This high performance plate mounting tape range is suited for very special print jobs and allows a highly controlled compression. The HP product range is characterized e.g. by a better dampening performance or a faster resiliency. The new created DuploFLEX 3 and 4 range was specially developed for the label printing industry. Two different foam thicknesses and a variety of foam hardness – from soft to hard within the 4 range - match the requirements of the label printer exactly. Furthermore the DuploFLEX range feature a quite unique construction concerning the reinforcement. Conventional compressible plate mounting tapes consist of a reinforced film on one side. In comparison to this the DuploFLEX tapes own a reinforced film on both sides and therefore are able to compensate excessive pressure. Lohmann´s recently developed product range for the high quality post print will be presented too. The two versions of DuploFLEX CB (corrugated board) meet the needs of the post print industry directly. One version is a single sided adhesive foam tape, the other version is a none-adhesive product with a complete laminated foam on the PET-film carrier. One of the main advantages of the DuploFLEX CB range is the ability to bridge the column in order to assemble thinner printing plates. So a high printing quality is achieved and the so-called "wash-board-effect" can be avoided.
