Lohmann Corporation announces that its subsidiary Lohmann Specialty Coating LLC, located in Orange, VA, will be expanding its existing manufacturing facility in early 2007. This new project will cost approximately $2,000,000, and will add 25,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. This expansion will be used to support the transfer of production of a wide range of pressure-sensitive tape products that are currently being made at Lohmann’s plant in Germany, while also supporting the Lohmann Group’s penetration into the medical/specialty coating markets. This expansion continues Lohmann’s global concept of manufacturing in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
