The process starts with the polymerization of
proprietary pressure-sensitive adhesives
using a broad variety of chemical components and
state-of-the-art manufacturing technology.

In the formulation process, various additives
provide specific adhesive properties. Adhesion
promoters and tackifying resins enhance the peel
adhesion, flame-retarding agents reduce the flam-
mability of pressure-sensitive tapes, plasticizers
provide elasticity, and UV-stabilizers increase the
resistance of adhesives to aging as a result of
exposure to UV-radiation.

Acrylic and rubber adhesives are coated on to
flexible web materials using a solvent-based,
water-borne or hotmelt process. Additional cross-
linking of the adhesive allows for optimized
performance characteristics.


We convert coated materials to rolls, cross-
wound spools and sheets in a multitude of sizes.
