The foam:
The high-quality polymer foam used in the HP (high performance)  range stands for incomparably high stability. Its cell structure is homogeneous and small. The resilience characteristics are thus extremely good and it works to counteract machine vibrations.

Adhesive properties:
With this special product, the ultra adhesive from our normal 5 range is coated exclusively. Ultra stands for an extraordinary strength and for safe avoidance of edge lifting, the lifting of the plate edges during printing

The special thing about the flexible PE reinforcement of Lohmann plate mounting tape solutions is the unique material lamination. This usually consists of laminated films. The flexible reinforcement with the DuploFLEX tapes provides optimal printed results. The forces acting on the compressible foam are perfectly cushioned. The result: No uncontrolled dot gain and a very exact print image, even with very high printing speeds.

With recurring or small printing orders, the reproducibility of flexographic printing jobs is a matter of course. Similarly, the colour accuracy for the big brands has to be 100% identical.
