On December 15, 2025, five trainees and one part-time graduate (Betriebswirtin VWA) were honored by Lohmann CEO Dr. Jörg Pohlman at the TEC Center Neuwied: all of them successfully passed their exams.
This year, the following junior employees completed their training or studies:
- Stella Santella (industrial clerk, Remscheid )
- Jennifer Roos (industrial clerk, Mittelrheinmodell )
- Nils Lüdemann (industrial clerk )
- Enrico Mildenberger (chemical laboratory technician )
- Jerome Golz (machine and plant operator )
- Marie Kurz (business economist, VWA )
Special recognition goes to Stella Santella and Jerome Golz, who completed their apprenticeships with the top grade of "very good" and were named "Best Apprentices 2025" by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Marie Kurz also completed her studies at the VWA with the grade "very good".
