Exterior Add-On Parts

Reliable and permanent bonding of plastic trim parts to painted surfaces, e.g. side trims, roof trims, sill board covers or kick plates. Within the application the tapes of the DuploCOLL NP range are nearly invisible thanks to their black coloring.

Emblem & Lettering on Paint and Glass

Precise and long-lasting bonding of emblems and letterings on both paint and glass surfaces. The DuploCOLL NP tapes ensure excellent adhesion to all common clear coat systems, while DuploCOLL G tapes provide a strong and efficient bond on glass without the need for additional activators. Thanks to their outstanding weather resistance and excellent die-cutting properties, these solutions meet the highest industry standards.

In close cooperation with OEMs and tier suppliers, Lohmann's automotive experts are development partners for individual bonding solutions up to serial production. Lohmann produces customer-specific adhesive tapes and converts them into die-cuts. Directly from one source, independently from intercontinental supply chains, in various high-precision manufacturing processes. We offer many years of experience in specification work and are certified according to IATF 16949.

PE-Foam Tape Ranges for Various Surfaces

Lohmann offers multiple product ranges of double-sided PE-foam tapes for reliable and permanent bonding of add-on parts on different surfaces. Equipped with these PE-foam carriers, the tapes are excellently suited for compensating different component tolerances of components, especially in terms of different thermal coefficients of the substrates.

Within the application, the adhesive tapes are almost invisible, due to their black coloring. They are available as rolls, spools, sheets or die-cuts, depending on the individual requirements. Thanks to their dimensionally stable design they are easy to process.
