At the WZL final conference at RWTH Aachen, Lohmann was recognized for its innovation management excellence under the theme “Driving Innovation.”
As part of the conference, the 12 success factors for effective innovation management were presented. Lohmann was recognized as a “Successful Practice” company, particularly due to the following three factors:
• an innovation strategy that goes beyond the core business,
• strong support from top management, and
• active co-creation with partners.
In addition to Lohmann, HÜBNER Group, CLAAS, Wilo SEA and Kärcher were also honored.
The project was carried out in collaboration with leading industry partners and guided by the Complexity Management Academy and Professor Schuh.
