Modern decorative films – whether PVDF, PMMA, PUR-coated, or uPVC – combine visual sophistication with chemical surface characteristics that resist standard adhesives. Achieving reliable, durable adhesion on these surfaces requires more than a general-purpose tape.
Self-adhesive flat profiles are widely used to bridge construction joints in window reveals. This is a demanding application: the bond must hold firmly under mechanical load, temperature cycles, UV exposure, and moisture – often for the lifetime of the building.

The Solution: DuploCOLL® 50118

DuploCOLL® 50118 is a 1.0 mm anthracite PE foam tape with a modified acrylic adhesive (solvent-based) on both sides – engineered specifically for bonding construction and trim profiles to laminated PVC window surfaces.
