OVX Adhesive System
The new standard for demanding print environments

OVX is the latest addition to the DuploFLEX adhesive range - a unique acyrlic system designed for wide-web flexible packaing printing.
 
The OVX adhesive system combines Lohmann's engineered acrylic chemistry with an air-release channel liner for faster, bubble-free mounting on any cylinder size or repeat length.

Why DuploFLEX® ?

 

Double-Sided Flexible PE Reinforcement

Conventional foam tapes use a rigid PET film that causes uncontrolled dot gain and distorted print images.

DuploFLEX tapes feature a double-sided flexible PE reinforcement that perfectly cushions the forces acting on the compressible foam

The result: controlled dot gain and optimal print quality—even at high speeds up to 600 m/min

Low initial tack, higher final tack

Adhesion increases after mounting pressure is applied

Differential adhesion -  plate side formulated for photopolymer PET backing; cylinder/sleeve side optimized for steel, PUR, PET, and fiberglass surfaces

Extended solvent resistance for cohesive and adhesive stability

Consistent performance across varying temperature and humidity conditions

Easy Handling

Embossed or air-release channel liners eliminate air entrapment

Color-coded products for immediate foam hardness identification

Residue-free demounting to protect plate life

 

DuploFLEX® 4 — 15 mil / 0.38 mm

 Ideal for label and flexible packaging printing where a thinner tape and low impression settings are required.
