When moving to small-scale production (1,000 to 100,000 pieces), we utilize automated die-cutting processes alongside semi-automated assembly methods, supported by reliable process monitoring to enable consistent quality.

For large-scale production volumes (over 100,000 pieces), we rely on highly automated production lines, cleanroom manufacturing capabilities at our sites in Europe and the USA, and advanced pick & place technologies for seamless integration of components into your product design.
