What began as an apprenticeship in chemical laboratory work evolved into a journey shaped by continuous growth, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging. Today, Simone Wierschem is a Senior Application Engineer in the Automotive division. She develops tailored adhesive solutions for customers around the world – practical, sustainable, and in close partnership with industry peers.
What sets her apart? Her technical knowledge, her authenticity, and her keen sense for team dynamics.
