DuploFLEX®
Corona Pen

Our handheld device for the quick pre-treatment of plates to increase the surface energy and effectively prevent plate edge lifting in case of challenging print jobs.​ The Corona Pen allows a quick process related solution to avoid edge lifting and reduce the number of damaged plates and therefore helps to reduce waste and costs.

How does this unique handheld device work?​

It emits cold plasma (corona treatment) that “excites” the substrate surface to allow faster and stronger wet-out of adhesive against the back of photopolymer plates​
